Usage Guidelines

In order to ensure the safe and secure use of An-Navi, any actions (registration, posting, requests, offers, etc.) that fall under any of the following items, or that we deem to have the potential to fall under such items, are prohibited. If you do not comply, we may take action such as deleting your postings, suspending your use of the site, or withdrawing your membership without notice.

Actions that may violate laws, statutes, ordinances, public order and morals, or social norms

Posting of any expression or information that includes or evokes any of the following, as well as requests or offers to acquire goods or services related to such expressions or information

• Listing Samples
• Encouraging the inappropriate use of drugs
• All statements and matters related to obscenity, child pornography and child abuse
• Unjust and unlawful discrimination based on ethnicity, race, gender, age, etc.

Acquisition of the following items, as well as requests and provision of acquisition know-how

• Firearms, swords, ammunition, and their parts and accessories
• Poisonous, deleterious, explosive, and other hazardous materials
• Counterfeit coins, securities, cards, documents, etc.
• Counterfeit branded goods and other illegally produced and distributed goods and copyrighted works
• Goods whose import or export is prohibited or regulated
• Items obtained through criminal acts such as theft, robbery, fraud, or extortion
• Items that may be used for criminal activity
• Human body, organs, cells, blood

  • Requests for services that legally require permits, registrations, notifications, or qualifications to be provided to persons who do not meet provider requirements (including attorneys, tax accountants, physicians, etc.), or provision of such services by persons who do not meet such requirements.
  • Services for the purpose of meeting people of the opposite or same sex whom you do not know (including introductions to dating or marriage partners)
  • Sexual activity or sexual services, or the solicitation of such activities or services (including the posting of any expression or information that may suggest such activities or services)
